What Is The Best Treatment You Have Found For This Condition?
Antihistamines
My Dr started prescribing hydroxyzine for itch a few years ago. A gentle help with the itch, and the nerves from other people not knowing how to even try to be nice. Now my dermatologist prescribes it.
Benadryl on google says it's a 2nd generation antihistamine. I use a 1st generation: hydroxyzine. It also helps with the itch. But it's prescription.
The best treatment I have found is to keep my wounds/sores/lesions clean I use prescribed acetic acid. Then apply one of the many topical gels, creams, ointments, lotions and bandage as needed. I like to keep things moisturized so the crusting that becomes sharp when dry doesn’t add to the chronic pain. Nothing that I have tried really works to heal this curse, but for actual relief I use cold packs from the freezer, lay on them wrap them hold them close.
Stay tough, Regards Chuck
Serious prayer and fasting is working for me. I suspect FOOD. Jesus is king!
