I’m not sure where you would get an answer to that question. I wondered why sunlight is considered a bad thing when light therapy is supposed to help. I don’t think this forum is monitored by experts who may know the answers to our myriad of questions. I’ve been going to a tanning salon for the past week (based on an a comment made by one person who found it useful) and it seems to have helped a little. I considered trying infrared light as well but I’m hesitant because I cannot find any information about it and PN and I’m fearful that it may make things worse.

I was diagnosed approximately over a year ago w/Basil Cell Carcinoma on my face, & was suppose to have the MOHS surgery, but dealing w/the dreaded PN w/LSC for almost 15 years is enough to worry about, so face on hold w/beyond intense itching, burning, painful nodules (lesions) on scalp!
