Has Anyone Tried A Low Phosphorus Diet?

A MyPrurigoTeam Member asked a question 💭
Coeur D Alene, ID

Diets high in phosphorus aren't good for those with kidney disease and it can lead to itchiness. I just reviewed a list of high/low phosphorus foods and I see some connection to how my mom feels.

We've tried gluten free, low histamine and watching sugar, but phosphorus looks like it could have the strongest connection yet. Now to figure out what breakfast will be... :)

Honestly haven't noticed foods that trigger symptoms! But what is absolutely true for me is,, lack of well rounded meals and vitamin deficiency are a huge factors.. Women's multivitamin are necessary.. and extra D vitamin is helpful
