Yes Tina, mine was falling out by the handful a couple years ago. It started growing back after a couple months. I was panicked when I was loosing so much, so fast. I now have a full head of hair again. Take care sweetie, try and have a great day.💗

This sounds like my story, your every day doctor doesn't know anything about PN. Iost my hair at first, then it came back thicker.

I've been losing tremendous- extreme amounts of hair since I started getting these nodules back in November 2023 last year
I'm assuming it has to do with the PN as it seems to affect all sorts of things in the body
I also was diagnosed as having severe anemia around the same time and I dont just think its coincidental that all these things happened at the same time
I think the PN has caused these other issues
My doctor isnt sure either but then again he didnt even know it was PN for a few months until he finally referred me to a dermatologist and I finally got a proper diagnosis
I'm so stressed out by all this as I'm sure everyone in this group is
Its s terrible nasty unpleasant unpredictable horrible mysterious disease to put it nicely

I did and thought it was perimenopause symptoms! Never thought PN could cause it! Yes stopped falling out! Never had any bald spots!
