The 2 in my area just treat you with Dupixent! One of the two indicated their Derma is very educated on PN and LSC, however, he does not treat with Nemluvio. Hmmm makes no sense to me as Dupixent did not help me whatsoever so I am hoping the specialist I have an appt w/in Salt Lake City, UT will be able to treat me w/Nemluvio! Hi Stacy! I have read that people with pn often have thinner skin. Maybe why you are more sensitive. Such a weird illness, so many strange sensations.

Gabapentin is the only pill I've found that at least takes the edge off. I think it's safe to say it actually seems to help.
